Time
Celtic Cup XX is initiating a policy of probable added time at the end of the second half, if in the opinion of the referee the team in the lead is purposely wasting time (running out the clock).
Time extension is at the exclusive discretion of the referee!

Celtic Cup is a tough, hard slog; good luck
