The leprechaun ‘Pot “O” Gold’ is a recreational youth soccer tournament, produced and promoted by the Celtic Soccer League on Thanksgiving weekend. Said tournament will feature 8 versus 8 matches in division’s 5 years old through 14 years old only.
Celtic will service the tournament with the same experienced staff that runs the Celtic Cup, at the SB Complex. Trophies will be presented to all players and coaches participating in every final. Four matches minimum, three guaranteed. 200 minutes minimum playing time offered, plus finals….
Different divisions and levels of ability will feature drafted and selected recreational teams only. Equitable competition will provide an opportunity for all to enjoy. Fair play environment and pleasure of new and different opponents are priorities in this treasure hunt.
Celtic Soccer Club recently purchased 17 sets of custom white goals and matching white nets expressly for the occasion. The goal of the Leprechaun ‘Pot “O” Gold’ is providing a tournament and experience parents and players will enjoy, one and all.
A Leprechauns life: The average Fairy Leprechaun stands 2 ½ ‘ tall and weighs 1 ¾ stone, his language of choice is Gaelic; cobbling shoes is his Stock N Trade. Puteen is his only vice, albeit consumed generously. Puteen is a secret ancient brew cooked by the Druids @ ‘Lake Isle of Innisfree’ and taste akin to the Lightning cooked on Tobacco Rd. in Tennessee.
Cantankerous and disputatious by nature, the timeless and ageless Leprechaun hides in the shamrocks and clover @ the end of the rainbow by the lakeshore and keeps his very large black ‘Pot “O” Gold’ with him at all times. If you can catch the ‘wee south-paw’ [beag-ciotogach] all the gold is yours; however, upon arrival you discover he has ‘vanished completely’ [d’imigh si mar a shlogfadh an talamh i] much like the rainbow [bogha]
Fairy Leprechauns’, in droves, refereeing under the rainbow… SB Complex this November! If you’re inclined to receive secret info how to catch the wee fellow and enter the
